BANGKOK TRAVEL BLOG FOR MEN
BANGKOK HERE I COME BABY…
Leaving for my first international trip. I’m hitting up Thailand for 2 months. I have been wanting to leave America since about 2014. I have been saying for many years I am going to make the trip and now it is time to see what the other side of the world has in store for me. That flight is like 16 damn hours though. I will stay in bangkok for the first month to get a feel for living long term in the city and then I will branch to see the islands and everything else. Let’s get to it brother.
My First Apartment Was $400 MONTHLY
This apartment was near the Punnawithi BTS station in a place called the Elio Del Ray. It was a really cool spot about a 10 min walk to the metro. A basic studio with a bed, couch, and a small kitchen. It has everything you need to get by without any problems. It had 2 big ass pools and had it’s own 7/11 type convenicne store in the complex. Really good quality for the money. Also, some good restaurants right around the corner. This spot is not in the main part of the city but not too far away from the action.
DAMN I GOT A CHICK THE FIRST NIGHT
I met this girl on Thai Friendly at like 2am. I had jet lag so 2am is really 2pm back in California, so I was wide awake. She was a massage girl who lived at the massage parlor and had to sleep on a hard ass bed. So I told her to come through since her shift was over. She showed up at like 3am and spent the night. Surprisingly, she didn’t ask me for money. I came to Thailand expecting girls to want money and I learned a lot of girls will chill with you just because they like you. None of the girls I dated asked for money.
Started Hitting The Gym
A few BTS stations away from my apartment is this gym called the WE FITNESS SOCIETY. It was pretty cool and cost about $100 a month. You pay more if you are there short term. They had a quality gym similar to 24 hour fitness in the USA. One thing for sure is that the locker room was very clean and they had the steam room with very good clean showers. The trainers spoke english too. Good quality.
Pulled a Chick From The Embassy
I met this chick at a mall in bangkok for an early dinner around like 3pm and she was late. After eating I didn’t think she was going to come over, I thought she was going to make me go on a second date but naw she came through. She spoke really good english too, better than I was expecting. We ended up chillin for a few hours. She didn’t spend the night though because she had to go to work the next morning.
She ended up ghosting me because she asked me to take her out on her birthday and I gave her some excuses because I knew I was going to have to spend some money for her birthday and I didn’t want to do that. She kind of cursed me out and I never heard from her again. No lobster for you boo boo hahahahah.
Started To Do Some Grocery Shopping
The spot in my apartment complex had all of these ready made meals for about $1. When I was there the exchange was 30 baht to one US dollar.
The sodas that cost about $2.50 in the usa cost 25 baht or a little less than $1 out here. Doesn’t seem like much but it does make a difference over time.
Here we have 12 wings for a total of 80 baht or about $2.50. That would cost $7 in the usa. They weren’t the best quality wings but good enough.
This was my favorite ready made meal. The chicken and rice was total 30 baht or $1. It was enough to hold you for a few hours too.
MET SOME BROS ON KHAOSAN ROAD
Khaosan road is like the backpacker place to be in Bangkok. Traveling solo is kind of hard when it comes to making friends, so when you meet some bros it’s a good feeling. The bro in the middle was a MMA guy from Europe, though I don’t know if he ever made it big. The bro on the right is in video production and was a real cool brother who travels the world like me.
Finally Pulled A Thick One…
Most girls in Thailand and asia in general have a thinner build. I like girls that are thick. There are not many thick ones in Thailand, and if they are, usually they are a BBW with some extra weight on them. I don’t really care either way I just like thick women. This girl was a college student who spoke good english, but she lived really far away all the way in the deep north part of the city. She chilled with me for 2 days but I never saw her again. She was a cool chick but the distance was just too much.
NANA PLAZA WAS STRANGE HAHA
The Nana BTS station has Nana Plaza. This is where all the working girls are. All bros go there to look around at least once in bangkok. There are a bunch of bars and where you can post up and talk to women and buy them drinks. Of course you can take them home for the right price.
Only problem is there are some lady boys at Nana plaza too. I really wanted to stay away from the lady boys and sometimes you can’t even tell until you hear them talk. So I was looking at girls the whole time second guessing if they were actually dudes. Eventually I was like man I gotta get the f*ck up out of here and never ended up going back. Next time they ask me to go back to NaNa I’m telling them HELL NA NA lol. That woman smiling at the bottom of the picture is a man by the way.
This chick was really cool. She was a college student. We ate at the Ekkamai mall and then went to chill at the spot.
She was nice too. She actually looked 100% filipino, but she was thai. She didn’t live in Bangkok but when she visited the city we went on a date.
This shorty worked at nail salon. She was cool but heavier in person than her pictures. She spent the night but I wanted to kick her out lol.
This one didn’t speak one lick of english. Had to watch netflix with the thai subtitles on. Texted a few times after but never met again.
YOU F*CKING IDIOT
I was supposed to meet up the bro and go out to get at some girls. And 30 mins before we are supposed to meet up I try to give myself a quick cut. Man I put on the 000 clipper to get the hair off my neck. Went back up to cut my hair and I forgot to put the 1.5 clipper on and here we go with the bullsh*t !!! Man I had to cut all that sh*t off and was looking like a real asshole for like a week bro !!!!
Weekend Trip To Pattaya
Pattaya is a beach city about 2 hours from bangkok. It is full of young working girls and old retired guys. Most cities have 1 or 2 streets with bars and working girls. Pattaya every single street and every single alley connecting the streets had old dudes and girls. It is literally over 300 bars with old dudes and girls. That’s all you see no matter where you go. There are a couple other things to do depending on the weather, so I hit up a couple spots. I don’t plan on ever going back there again, but it was a cool experience and every bro should check it out at least once. No hate to the older dudes I was just expecting the city to have some more variety.
This at the Bankgok bus station by the Ekkamai BTS Station. The ticket was like $4 USA to Pattaya. My hair ain’t looking too bad after f*cking myself up the other night haha.
Met this girl on Tinder. She had a cool personality but the pic she sent me was from a few years back, so I kind of felt like it was a catfish. We had some dinner but nothing more.
This was at the Truth sanctuary. It’s like a temple but when I was there it was only tourists walking through. I’m not trying to disrespect the culture at all, but they had some statues with some big TIDDAYS haha.
Here is a bigger picture of the truth sanctuary. Fully hand carved by great architects. They have been workin on this for over 15 years and will keep building for many years into the future.
Also met this girl on Tinder in Bangkok so planned to meet in Pattaya. She was a working girl but we had been texting a for a couple weeks so she just wanted to hang out at the spot.
We posted up a few hours but I didn’t smash her. She was a little thin for me, plus my main thick girl from bangkok was coming the next morning. She dipped out around 4am and never heard from her again.
OFF TO THE SOUTHERN ISLANDS
After Pattaya I dipped down to Krabi Thailand and Koh Lanta. Overall it was a great experience, but I would have enjoyed it more if I had some bros traveling with me. Most girls were crewed up and approaching a group of girls by yourself is kind of thirsty. I did hang out with 2 different girls in Krabi though but no smash. If you are going to Koh Lanta I strongly recommend taking a girl with you because most girls were there with their man.
This is the Krabi night market. It was right by the Hostel I was staying at. They got some pretty good food and some people performing and some good shopping. Much better than I expected it to be.
Like I said they got some good food but some of the food I was like hell to the naw I ain’t even touching that sh*t haha. It’s always good to experience other cultures but I had to pass on that orange stuff.
We was on the boat to the snorkel tour and I met the homie from India. He said he about to come to the USA and go to USC medical school and he will get all the girls. I said I hope you cut that mop off your head because you ain’t getting no girls in CALI with that sh*t haha.
Monkey beach was pretty cool. We stopped there for about 30 mins and took some photos. Everybody was mobbin the monkeys like they were Lebron and KD.
ISLAND HOP AND SNORKEL
THEN I DIPPED TO KOH LANTA
BACK TO BANGKOK
My Second Apartment was luxury for $500 a month.
My First International Goodbye
When I was in Bangkok I met a girl and we really hit it off. She was cute and thick like a black girl. We were together everyday for like a month. We both knew I was leaving but the connection was really strong. The day I left we went to the airport and yes it was my first international goodbye and it was very tough on the both of us. We decided to remain friends even though I was probably never coming back.
After about a month of keeping in touch she turned on me. She fired off some messages saying some bad things about me. In the moment I was angry, but after reflecting on it, she had to turn me into a bad person in her mind to convince herself to move on. Eventually she apologized for it and we both moved on and have never spoken since. Distance creates a barrier that can almost never be broken. You charge it to the game and move on. Goodbye Thailand I hope to see you again some day.

I It’s well known that you need about $25,000 to have a realistic change to profit in the stock market. In 2019 the CME Group introduced Micro E-mini Futures. The Micro Futures give smaller investors a chance to make $200 per day trading the S&P 500 index with only $5,000 to start.
